Raising Capital is not just a random occurrence.  It is the result of over 30 years of experience  and four years of writing (two years during a pandemic ).  It has truly been a labor of love, which is what occurs usually when a married couple writes a book together.  As the authors, we wanted to share with you our knowledge, years of experience and passion for working with and supporting budding and existing entrepreneurs.   

We have made every attempt to give our readers some fundamental tools and guidance to use as they start a new business, grow an existing business with the added advantage of utilizing securities and advanced strategies.  

We are asking you to “Consider” each of these various strategies that we have outlined in each chapter.  You may find some ideas that work with your business plan.
